Sophie met us at the chalet and was very nice, with lots of information about places to go and things to do. The chalet was clean and well equipped, and the terrace sauna is lovely to use alongside the Jacuzzi. The website photos are a little out of date, though, and mature plants on the terrace partly block the view towards Thones. There’s no air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm on hot days. A very fine chalet overall.

We’ve stayed here twice now and would be happy to come back again. The property is clean, fully equipped, and well managed, and the group is trustworthy. One of the best, in a very good location.

There were six of us, all adults, and we had plenty of room. The accommodation has a high-spec finish, and there’s loads to do, from walking and biking to sightseeing. Great place in a great location.

We felt right at home in this chalet and wished we’d booked more than a week. It’s bright and spacious, with a thoughtful layout and breathtaking mountain views. Thônes is a lovely place to live, with everything you need, and the village setting has that picture-postcard church steeple. There’s so much around to explore, including Annecy and Geneva, and we barely had time to take it all in.

Sophie gave us a lovely warm welcome, and we came away with very fond memories. The chalet was comfortable and well equipped, with beautiful views and plenty of lovely walks nearby.
