The front office staff we met, including the African staff members, were friendly and professional. Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It had the utensils we needed, including a kettle and microwave, which made the stay convenient and pleasant. We were with our group from PAI Umroh Travel for one night, and breakfast was extremely disappointing. Several of us felt we were treated unfairly compared with other guests. White guests were welcomed warmly and served politely, while we faced hostility and unprofessional behavior. Most upsetting, one of my friends was angrily told to clear food leftovers that clearly belonged to other guests. It was inappropriate and humiliating. All guests deserve equal, respectful, courteous treatment. Management should address this serious issue, review staff behavior, and improve training and service in the breakfast area right away.

A decent place to sleep, close to the train station for getting to Paris or Disney. The room was fairly clean and the water pressure was decent, though there was mold beside the air vents. We didn't try breakfast, which cost €12.50 per person. For all three nights, our key didn't work and we had to ask the desk clerk to let us into the room. No real reason was given, and they didn't offer us another room.

We had plenty of space for a family of four, though there were only two chairs. The apartment was otherwise great, with free parking, a very close train station, and an okay noise level. There was only one tiny bathroom bin, and its lid was broken. The big problem was the heat in August. The air conditioning was on and we lowered the temperature, but it barely worked like a tiny fan. The receptionist said he'd lower our room's temperature, but either he didn't or it had no effect. I wouldn't recommend staying when it's hot outside unless they fix the AC.

We had just enough cookware for a simple meal for two, a pan and two small pots. The shower heated up right away, though the water pressure wasn't very strong, and the bathroom's towel dryer and heater were a nice touch. The room heater worked well, and each day we came back to a made bed and clean table. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, while the hotel itself looked a bit run down but was fine. For my friend and me on a Disney trip, it was perfect. The station is a short walk away, with a direct train to Disney. We don't speak French, but the friendly receptionist made check-in easy.
