It's a budget hotel, so it's best to keep your expectations in line with that. There is private parking, and reception is open around the clock. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the location is about 15 minutes from several destinations, including Disneyland. Breakfast doesn't offer much variety, but there's enough to fill you up.

Don't expect much and you'll be fine for a low-budget stay, though I wouldn't recommend more than one night. The bed covers and bathroom were clean, but don't look too closely at the corners of the room. Breakfast was limited to the basics, but okay.

The room was absolutely tiny, and at almost €200 it definitely wasn't worth the price. The concierge kept arguing that I couldn't add a child to the reservation, even after I repeatedly explained the child wasn't staying. It took me literally yelling before he let me pay and complete the booking.

The room was an okay size for two, and the staff were very polite with great service. Everything was fine apart from there being no kettle or microwave to heat something we'd bought elsewhere.

The room was dirty and very noisy, and breakfast was very bad. The charges felt like a rip-off. Staff weren't helpful at all, always on their mobiles and not bothering with customer service. I complained but, as usual, got no response. Very bad service. Think before booking the Ballandine torcy hotel. I really don't recommend staying here. Please don't come.
