The kitchen faucet had a problem with its seal, and using the kettle blew a fuse. Dog hair was also all over the house, so the slippers got dirty very quickly. Breakfast was disappointing, with rolls in plastic packaging and no fresh croissants or similar items. These things should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

We loved the authentic village-house feel at Mas Des Tours, far from the noise. The room was quiet, and the bathroom was adequate. Our hosts gave us a very warm welcome, and the evening meal was generous and thoroughly enjoyable. We had two lovely evenings there.

The charming hamlet, the surrounding countryside, and the enchanting morning view all made our short stay at Mas des Tours feel unforgettable. The historic 17th-century building has a unique atmosphere, and everything was clean and well equipped. Martina and Michael took great care of us, and their German heritage made communication effortless. The peaceful location in the Cévennes is also within reach of Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, and Montpellier. Thank you to the owners for the excellent food and their lovely manner. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We refused the reservation because the accommodation didn't match the advert. The interior and furniture are very dated, and it's a long way from all amenities. There's a steep double staircase to the common room and then the bedrooms. Contrary to the advert, there's no private kitchen, and the only television is in the common room. We're used to traveling, but this is the first time we've turned down a place. The welcome wasn't warm, either.

The owners were so welcoming and lovely, and we appreciated the meal and their thoughtful touches. Mas des Tours is authentic, peaceful, and very clean, with a magical view to wake up to in the morning.
