Appart’City Confort Toulouse Aéroport Purpan

I enjoyed staying in this lovely, clean apartment, and the staff were great. The pool was nice too. A shuttle bus takes you to the Metro bus, then there's a walk to reach a bus or tram for other areas. The shopping centre is a nice 15-minute walk past Lidl, KFC, and McDonald's.

The service team were nice, but this doesn't feel like a proper 3-star hotel. Furniture was slightly worn, the toilet seat slightly broken, the shower clogged, and there was no hair dryer in the room, so you have to ask for one. The WLAN login system didn't work with my company VPN, and the hotel team had no fix. I had to contact the WLAN company's remote admin to activate an exception using the MAC address. Breakfast was basic, with too few tables, and once again the service team had no solution. Sorry, but this hotel doesn't belong on the Airbus hotel platform.

The reception staff treated us correctly, but the room was noisy and hard to sleep in because of the plane route overhead. The soundproofing doesn't solve it. I also wasn't told, and couldn't find information anywhere, that there was a hotel occupancy tax. Parking inside the grounds cost a fortune, even though I felt it should already be included in the room price. The site was almost empty, and people park outside since the aparthotel is in a fenced area. We stayed almost four weeks, and the place was cleaned only once. The countertops were damaged or coming unstuck, the kitchen was poor, there was hardly any light, and the cutlery and kitchen utensils weren't right. I don't recommend these apartments.

The free airport shuttle was great, and the driver was very helpful. Hotel staff were good as well. My room had a decent bed, a nice A/C and balcony, a large bathroom, and a safe in the wardrobe. The kitchen was okay, but it was missing a few things they couldn't replace with new ones. The room itself was okay, though a little worn inside. Aircraft noise was a problem, with planes passing over from 06-23 and again around 2-3 at night. I was there for six weeks, but had to change hotels after a week and a half because of the noise at night and early morning.
