The receptionist was welcoming, and there was free parking plus a paid electric car charger that needs the provider's app. The room was very modest and tiny, with old air conditioning that wouldn't heat. It's far from Toulouse city center. This is really the kind of place to sleep one night, shower in the morning, and head off.

I booked this place for the electric car chargers, but regular cars were parked there, so I couldn't use them. This seems to happen all over France, with people parking old diesel cars in the charging spots without consideration. The hotel itself was clean, the staff very nice, and it was generally good value, though the location wasn't great.

The breakfast buffet felt pricey for what it offered, and I wasn't comfortable eating there because it didn't seem very covid proof. People had to slice their own bread and share jam pots and spoons, and the drinks were handled the same way. I also saw nobody use the hand sanitizer when coming in. The hotel itself was clean and very good, with comfortable beds and rooms and good noise protection, which matters near the airport. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.

We only stayed a night, and it was perfectly fine, nothing fancy but what we expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location also made it easy to get to the mall across the street, along with other restaurants and bars.

Everything was really clean and comfortable, and the staff were so kind. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Merci pour tout!
