Comfort Aparthotel Toulouse Metropole

The people were really friendly, and breakfast was OK. For the price it’s decent, especially if you need to do activities around the zenith. The rooms weren’t fully clean, though, with a little dirt on the beds and in the bathroom sink.

The neighborhood is lovely, one of the nicest around. Everyone on staff was gentle and friendly, and they spoke English. The room is really small, but it was very clean and didn’t smell of smoke, which makes a big difference in France.

I had a very stressful experience trying to change my dates. At first I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, then later I was told the opposite. The replies were vague, contradictory, and not helpful, with no clear solution offered. This was disappointing customer service, and based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend the place.

We were able to leave our bags in secure lockers after checkout, and the hotel let us use the reception area and pool until our later evening flight. That was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The pool is shallow, so even non-swimmers could enjoy a dip, and we spotted planes and a few Belugas overhead. Getting around was easy. There’s an Aldi just steps away, with a handy bus stop in front that connects to Arenes Metro station and other parts of town. The tram is also within walking distance. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in and local advice easy. Our room was comfortable, with air conditioning and a small but useful kitchen. We had a great stay at Comfort Apart Hotel in Toulouse and would recommend it.
