The place is so, so clean, and you get your own locker. I noticed a camera in the lounge too, so security seems great. There’s free tea and breakfast, though it’s just bread with jam or Nutella. Still, it’s free, and it feels like you get more than you pay for. It’s a really great hostel, aside from that annoying French keyboard I’m typing this on, hehe.

The manager was so friendly and accommodating that he upgraded me to a private room without charging the difference. The facilities seemed practically new, and everything worked perfectly. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, Wi-Fi, individual lockers, and even a safe. I’ve visited Toulouse several times, and this is the cheapest hostel I’ve found in the city, but it’s far from the worst. It’s comfortable and has a personal touch, just the kind of place we like, and incredibly affordable for Toulouse. One thing to keep in mind: if you arrive late on a Sunday after an 8-hour journey, bring food, as the nearby restaurants were closed. I’d highly recommend it to family, friends, and anyone else.
