Les Florentines

René, the owner, was so kind and attentive, and worked with us on our arrival and departure times. He was responsive and looked after his guests well. The apartment was very pleasant and perfectly clean, with everything we needed. We came with friends for a dance festival, and I highly recommend staying here.

Mr. Perpey was a welcoming, helpful host, and I’d gladly return. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and laid out nicely. You get greenery around you while still being in the city, close to public transport and everyday amenities. My stay in Toulouse here was perfect.

The owner pays attention to guests’ comfort. It’s a pleasant, practical place in a quiet neighborhood, in a secure building. The tram is 300 meters away, and the city center takes about 20 minutes to reach.

The owner was friendly and flexible, and the neighborhood is quiet with secure parking. Apartment 115 at the Les Florentines residence is on the first floor and works well for two or three people. There’s a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed. The two rooms are bright, soundproofed, and well equipped. Linens and towels are provided, and the air conditioning can heat or cool. It has what you need for a good stay in Toulouse.
