The apartment felt like a little oasis in a lovely neighborhood, and was furnished with care. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were top quality. Our hosts were so friendly and helpful, and gave us excellent tips. We'll definitely return!

The apartment gives you your own space, with the thoughtful touches you'd expect from a hotel. Eric was very helpful when we arrived, walking us through how everything worked and suggesting great restaurants. It's a gorgeous place to stay in Toulouse, and we'd love to come back.

Éric and José were wonderful hosts and shared lots of useful information about the city. We loved the quiet location, even though it's right in the center of a large city. The city center, main attractions, both Metro lines, and the tram were all a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds and a great shower. We also enjoyed the lovely terrasse, where we ate dinner twice.

Eric made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. He was warm, welcoming, quick to respond, and gave me a helpful rundown of restaurants, markets, and sights. He even helped print a document I urgently needed, which he really didn't have to do. The place was spotless and felt like home. It has a washer, heated towel rail, stove, oven, microwave, and a small fridge with a freezer compartment. I slept wonderfully in the divine bed and bedding. The upstairs AC/heating worked well, and the skylight (velux) can be opened for fresh air or covered to block out light. The quiet, quaint street made me feel at ease, and I felt safe walking back alone after 22:00. It was about a 15-minute walk from deep in the town center. I first booked a hotel, then canceled it for free and reserved this apartment just a few hours before arriving. I'm so glad I did, and can't imagine staying anywhere else if I return to Toulouse. A couple of things to bear in mind: there's a flight of stairs between the sleeping and bathroom area and the lower level, which could be difficult if you have accessibility needs. The shower vestibule is quite small. I'm a very big guy and managed, though even my thinner friends aren't keen on the small stall. That was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Everything else was 11 out of 10, and I'd return to Les Clos des Salins in a heartbeat. If you get the chance to stay here, you won't regret it. Thanks, Eric! :)
