The town is lovely, and the location made it easy to reach Nice, St Paul d’Vance, Grasse and Antibes, though the roads are winding. Staff were kind and helpful, and Cave Tourettes is only a three-minute walk away. The view was amazing, and the room had a simple, pleasant design. The terrace and pool looked great, but it was too cold to really enjoy them. The bathroom needs renovating urgently, and the towels should be replaced. Since the restaurant isn’t open all day, a small fridge in the room would help. South-facing rooms also need blackout curtains. With the bathroom in its current condition, I felt the price was too high.

We had such a lovely time exploring the town from here. The building and grounds are beautiful, with stunning views, and the pool was just right for cooling off and relaxing. Breakfast is a must. If you’re arriving by car, the first car park as you enter town is free, and it’s an easy walk from there.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully styled, and the pool view is incredible. This is a charming hotel in a great spot, with really helpful staff who were happy to answer our questions. A little piece of paradise. I’m glad we stayed here.

We had a fantastic time exploring the countryside, nearby walled towns, and waterfalls on scooters. L'Auberge is in a lovely little town that feels a world away from Nice while still being close by. The pool deck is beautiful, and the staff were attentive, professional, warm, and helpful throughout. I can’t wait to return.

We celebrated a 60th birthday with lunch for nine, and it was sublime. Several of us had complicated dietary needs, which they accommodated. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. That says it all.
