The staff were polite and very helpful, and made for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is well located, and the recently decorated rooms had really comfortable beds. I slept like a log!

We were travelling as a group of eight and used the terrace to spend time together. The whole place and the rooms were clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. Special mention to Fanny and Valentin, who were so pleasant and personal, and ready to help with anything, including taxi reservations. The cleaning staff were pleasant too.

The room was well appointed, with good amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, near the train station and conference centre. There's also a side entrance that leads to the nearby junction.

We stayed two nights in this cosy hotel and highly recommend it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the train station, but sits in a quiet precinct. The rooms have been newly renovated. During my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, the whole front desk team was absolutely fabulous, especially Fanny, who was friendly, helpful, proactive, and professional. I'd definitely recommend Best Western Plus if you're in Tours.
