Clean, just by the city center, and the room was perfect. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone.

I've stayed here several times and never had a problem. The apartments have what you need, including a kitchen for cooking, and when my TV stopped working, the person who hands over the keys came within half an hour and swapped it. She's very friendly. The room was decent and very inexpensive, and the area was quiet. It's a good fit for a few days. The hotel is right in central Tours, about five minutes from the train station, with an Intermarché Express nearby. I don't understand the criticism. There is another hotel close by charging €125 a night for a room without meals, if that's what people want to pay. I recommend staying here and would come back if I return to Tours.

The apartments felt gloomy and very basic, with gray paint that made them seem austere. The rent isn't cheap either. I wouldn't recommend it unless you need to stay in this area for a very short time.
