The huge, comfortable bed made sleeping easy, though the room itself is tiny, especially for two people. The bathroom is small but usable, and the hotel is very basic, which matches the price. The walls are thin, so you may hear what's happening nearby. We only stayed one night, and the pizza place next door was handy, reasonably priced, offered more than pizza, and gave hotel guests a discount. Breakfast starts around 6 in the morning, and the croissants baking early make for a pleasant wake-up. As they say, you get what you pay for.

We only needed somewhere quiet and clean to sleep for a few hours, and it worked well for that. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is extremely cramped and the sink is in the room, but for an overnight stay that was fine. It was quiet, too.

The staff were lovely, and my room was clean. I was happy with what I paid, but I needed sleep after a 10-hour drive and the mornings were very loud. Doors slammed close to the adjoining rooms, and the do-not-disturb sign seemed pointless. Housekeeping should be more aware that guests may still be sleeping. I wouldn't stay again. The entrance floors were wet and slippery, which felt very dangerous. I didn't try the restaurant, so can't comment on it. There is a vending machine with chocolate and soft drinks, but the car park is small. There's a pizza restaurant opposite and other places to eat nearby. The hotel sign is hard to spot, and I drove around looking for it several times. I'm sure others have had the same problem.

The buffet breakfast was a nice, simple spread, though the coffee was only warm and the orange juice machine had run out. The apple juice was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the compact room was clean and practical, with a good bed.
