The price was very reasonable, especially for an apartment with a full kitchen and even a washing machine. It was large, well equipped, and very clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The location made getting around Tours easy during my language course. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The park across the street is lush and green, with a playground, and there's a nice cafe on its far side. Bakeries, grocery stores, and central Tours are all within walking distance. We stayed four nights with family, and everything worked very well. Check-in and check-out were easy. Our apartment, Gingko Biloba, was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. It had an induction stove, dishwasher, laundry machine, air conditioning, and motorized shutters. The layout worked well, and it was brighter and more spacious than the photos suggested.

We spent two nights in a roomy place that had everything we needed. If it's available, try to book a room with a park view, the view is stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect place in Tours, and we'll stay here again.

The apartment was new and had everything we needed, in a beautiful building in a great location. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and we had a great time. The view through the window over the park was amazing. Thanks for making our stay so nice. We'll be back.
