We had a fabulous two-night stay at this lovely guesthouse, ideally placed between Bayeux and the local beaches for touring. The owners were so welcoming and kind, and breakfast was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous, the bathroom spotless. We appreciated having a fan for the warm evening, but left the windows open too to catch the cool breeze. The property itself is lovely, and we spent an hour or two enjoying the flowers in the garden.

Laurences has become a place we keep coming back to. The gardens and surrounding countryside are lovely, and the whole place feels calm and gentle, a real break from the rush of everyday life. The hosts are caring, helpful, and wonderfully trusting. Highly recommend.

The hosts were so helpful, and it was lovely to see them running the hotel alongside their apple farming. Set in a beautiful, spacious garden in the quiet countryside, the place feels wonderfully peaceful. It ended up being the highlight of our two-week Normandy trip.
