We loved the setting most: meadows, flax and grain fields, apple trees, and the Seine with its picturesque thatched cottages are all nearby. The cottage sits in absolute quiet in the Normandy countryside, beside a former town hall-school that's been restored with real taste. It has a pretty garden and a lovely rural outlook. Inside, it was clean, quiet, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Our hosts gave us a very warm welcome.

The standout was breakfast, with six kinds of homemade jam, cheese, yogurt, and excellent coffee. We slept in a cozy little cottage, with a bedroom upstairs in the attic and a sofa bed downstairs. It was charmingly furnished, spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stopped overnight on our way back, and left refreshed enough to carry on home. Highly recommended.

We were delighted with our stay. The hosts were charming and helpful, and gave us excellent tips for sightseeing. Our accommodation felt like a small house and was very clean. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality. A little slice of paradise in Normandy.

We had a hearty breakfast with both sweet and savory options in the beautifully decorated living room of a former school. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had its own outside access and a very pretty garden. Our hosts were charming and welcoming, attentive without hovering.
