The staff were helpful and friendly from the first “Bonjour.” The location is very convenient, with lots of restaurants, shops, casinos, and the sea nearby. The windows don’t face the sea, though.

We stayed three nights with my wife after booking through Booking.com. They had told us there was parking, but on arrival we were told we’d have to move the car by 09:00 or pay. We were also given a room on the third floor, with no lift. Not impressed.

We’ve made this our favorite hotel in Trouville. It’s a charming little place, kept very well, with comfortable rooms and a warm welcome. It’s quiet and close to the beach. Highly recommended.

I’m already looking forward to staying here again next month. The hotel has such a friendly, intimate feel, and the breakfast is plentiful and high quality. Its small, quiet street is close to the sea, with the train station, town, restaurants, and casino all conveniently nearby. I also want to thank Dominique, the head receptionist. She’s professional, kind, always smiling, and ready to help, often anticipating what’s needed. She truly cares about her work. I’ve stayed here before, and this was a dream stay.
