L'Escale Bellifontaine

Aurelie made us a lovely breakfast each morning, and the house is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. This was our second stay, and we had a wonderful time again. It also worked well for traveling while working. The Wi-Fi was good, and we could work outside or at the kitchen table. Highly recommend.

We only got to stay one day on our family visit, which was a shame. Aurelie was gracious, patient, and helpful throughout. The house is beautifully put together inside and out, and my son and daughter kept pointing out things they loved. You can tell a huge amount of care has gone into every detail.

We stayed with our three young kids and had an amazing time. The owner was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious. Ury is a great base, close to the main attractions, with a very large supermarket nearby. We’d gladly come back. Thank you!

We enjoyed staying here so much that we came back for a second week, in June and July. We’ve stayed in many B&Bs over the years, including six in the last three months, and this is one of our favorites. Aurelie is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She was so sweet to us and our children that it felt like coming home at the end of the day. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable and quiet, and there’s a fantastic living area. Breakfasts were amazing, and we also had dinner on the patio four nights. Aurelie is a wonderful cook, and sharing those relaxed meals and conversations as a family was lovely. All four of us loved her and her beautiful home. Aurelie, you’re welcome in Santa Barbara anytime!
