Hôtel du Couvent

We really enjoyed the delicious dinner and the smiling, efficient service. The restaurant is excellent and set inside a historic building that’s now a hotel. A great meal.

We spent almost three weeks at l’Hotel du Couvent with our three young children, and it was a truly memorable stay. The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the middle of Nice. Its historic setting has been preserved and modernized with great taste, giving us the feeling of living in the past. Our room was impeccable throughout. The staff were kind, attentive, and accommodating with the children. They did everything for us and went beyond what we expected. Every department was consistently efficient and reliable, and there was nothing I could fault in my experience. Each person we met was calm, smiling, professional, and adaptable. I’ve rarely seen such loyalty among employees at a new hotel, or such smooth teamwork. Thank you for everything. See you next time!

A lovely place to stay, with a great room and a very good breakfast. There’s an infinity pool, plus a nice interior courtyard for an evening meal.

We came to eat rather than stay at the hotel, and liked the food and service so much that we returned twice during our week in Vagnas. The first visit was in the courtyard, where the atmosphere was very nice and the tables were well spaced. The second time we sat inside, which was also very pleasant.
