The stained bed sheets were the worst part. I don't know what the stains were, and I don't want to find out. The hotel wouldn't give me replacements. We also couldn't get the heating fixed or the fuse checked, even though it wasn't working. At first the room looked nice, but then we noticed a rotten fish smell. The refrigerator was moldy, the tap water looked yellow, the walls were cold, and sound insulation was poor. The elevator couldn't handle heavy bags or ski gear. We got stuck several times and waited at least 15 minutes for help. I never want to return, and I hope I can recover from the emotional damage this caused.

The location right by the ski lifts is the only good thing here. The apartments were extremely dirty, with dust everywhere, muddy floors, and beds that looked almost moldy. We were given a room said to sleep six, but it really fit four at most. The other two people had to sleep on the couch and on a mattress on the floor. The staff were very arrogant. At checkout they said we had to sweep, vacuum, and clean everything, even though it had all been that way when we arrived. Avoid this place.

We paid €30 between my friends and me for internet, but it didn't work. You also have to buy your own toilet paper, which I find inhumane. If you can, don't book this residence.

ok .. The location was nice for skiing, but the service and rooms were so disappointing that I couldn't find much good about the place. I'll come back to the area because a friend lives there, but definitely not to stay here again.
