We came for an après ski drink on a sunny afternoon, but I've never had such rude or terrible service. The staff couldn't have been less welcoming, and the manager should be ashamed. We left after 30 minutes without being served, and plenty of others did too. This bar and hotel doesn't deserve to thrive.

My daughter gave me a massage voucher, and we had a lovely afternoon in the spa. It was probably the best massage I've ever had, really great. The staff were great too, and the atmosphere was lovely and super relaxing. Thank you.

They kept me waiting 40 minutes for a hot chocolate, then asked for payment straight away. Nobody apologized, and the service was unfriendly and very rude, even though I tried speaking French.

We could ski straight out from the hotel, right by the best lifts, which meant we could be among the first on the slopes. The hotel also has its own Porsche shuttle and seems to have thought of everything. The staff were wonderful, with Amandine giving us excellent breakfast service and Remane and Marie making helpful suggestions. Marc was always ready with advice on the day's ski routes and a friendly smile.
