The hot water kept going even with three teenagers, which was a big plus, and the sleeping arrangements worked for them. I hadn't expected there to be only one toilet, though. It was also a bit smaller than other apartments we've stayed in at Val Thorens and Chamonix-Mont Blanc. All in all, good accommodation.

We had a really positive stay, with friendly service and a great location. Everything was good. The Wi-Fi could be faster, especially since the mobile signal in the room was weak, but it was enough for basic tasks.

I have never stayed anywhere worse. They didn't answer the phone, I couldn't find the apartment, and there was no receptionist to help. The apartment numbers are off, too. When I finally got inside, there was no toilet paper, towels, shampoo, or soap. I called the next day and eventually got through. They said I had to request these things and pay for them. I asked for them that day and had to use my clothes to dry myself. When I got back, there was still nothing, so after getting no answer by phone, I went out and bought what I needed, very upset. The worst part was checkout. They emailed telling me to clean the room before leaving. I have attached the email as proof. When I called, the person wanted me to vacuum, take out the trash, and put the dishes away, and was very rude. I did it. I asked for a full refund, but he said no and denied telling me to clean. The email clearly told me to do it. Don't stay here. I'd give it a negative 10!

The ski lift and bus stop are right across the road, and most places we needed were an easy walk away. Robbie at reception was really helpful and spoke English very well.
