Bright and clean, and very well situated. From the ski room it was just a few short steps to the piece. Remember break clothes if you're coming back by bus from below. The agency quickly answered our few questions and handled any matters with a satisfactory result. I'd highly recommend it for up to four adults.

The property was reasonable, well equipped and definitely suited to a family, with a good location. The supplied parking was ridiculously far away and a total waste of money. We parked on the street outside instead, and that worked much better.

There was plenty of practical equipment in and next to the flat, and it's in a great location. The beds are comfortable, and you don't need to bring anything except your ski gear. Shame the parking is a bit expensive and can't accommodate roof boxes.

This agency promised our party compensation after our vile experience, but has since ghosted all my many emails asking about payment. I've now been waiting nearly three weeks for an update, which simply isn't good enough. I implore you to avoid this company at all costs. You can't leave zero stars, unfortunately. This was a truly awful agency, with no out of hour service for emergencies, even though rival companies offer one. The attached photos show the awful state they gave us the property in. We had an outbreak of bed bugs, and the agency did nothing to help. They claimed they had “fumigated the place”, but when we returned, the apartment was in as bad a state as when we left it. After we'd returned to the UK, they lied and took money from our deposit for a “strong aroma of cigarettes”, even though nobody in our party smoked. Absolute cowboys. I'd recommend avoiding them.

The Telemark Resident is, in my view, the best location in Val d Isere, close to everything. I've stayed here in another apartment since 2012. Our apartment was on the 4:th floor, right on the Main Street opposite of The Blizzard Hotel. It had a small balcony, 3 large bedrooms in a separate part, and an open kitchen and living room with all you need. An inventory of plates and glasses would be useful, but otherwise everything we wanted was there. We had a leak from the apartment above; the agency resolved it during the week, though it should be kept under supervision.
