A bit of maintenance here and there would help. Fussy neighbours may be an issue if you've got noisy kids, but it wasn't enough to spoil the holiday.

We were two adults and two children, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed, from kitchen and bathroom facilities to a washing machine. It was very clean, and there's a parking garage. The location was ideal, near the high-speed train station and the red line. The train ride takes 10 minutes to Disneyland and about 25 minutes to Paris. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. What more could you want?
