6/10
The lobby is nice, and the location gives quick access to the main road, though it's not great for walking to other restaurants or into town. My first room was noisy, but the staff kindly moved me for the next night, even though they hadn't followed the notes on my booking. There are no electric car charging points at the hotel, which was inconvenient. An all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant is a 9-minute walk away, and it was surprisingly excellent for that sort of place. The rooms are small.

We didn't hear a thing from the nearby highway. The welcome was warm, the staff were great, and the rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was great too.

The staff were kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and comfortable. It's about 10 minutes by car from the center of. I'd recommend it for a business trip.

We were charging our car at the nearby Tesla Supercharger when our 3-year-old daughter urgently needed a toilet. Since the hotel was the closest place, we went into the lobby. A staff member immediately stopped us to ask what we were doing. I explained that our little girl really needed the bathroom, but we were turned away and told to go to a bakery down the road. I asked again if she could just use the toilet quickly, given the urgency. The woman insisted there wasn't a restroom available, and even said she had to use the bakery's toilet herself. I frankly don't believe that. It felt like an outright lie to avoid helping us. A completely unhelpful and unkind experience, and very disappointing from a place in the hospitality business.

Dog friendly establishment! The rooms are very modern and design, and the hotel has a great pool. Service was excellent, with friendly, professional staff. Fantastic hotel and excellent price quality.
