The staff were very friendly, and they organized the canoe booking and lunch well. It’s a great location, within walking distance of Pont D Arc. The jacuzzi could use a clean.

This is an unusual place to stay in a great spot between the (original) Chauvet cave and the Pont d'arc. There’s an interesting concept here, though a few things could be better. The access road is steep and unpaved, and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the really big tub. A map of nearby sights and restaurants would’ve been useful. Still, I’d recommend staying for a couple of days if you’re after an extraordinary hotel in the area.
