The chalet sounded great on paper, but the stairs felt dangerous for children and there was no safe way to get to the slopes. The owners were also unhappy that the fireplace ash hadn't been cleared, even though that was supposedly covered by the already exorbitant cleaning fee. A big disappointment.

They kept our deposit, and I can't recommend the place. The cleaning fee was already high, yet it didn't cover filling the Jacuzzi's missing 10 cm of water.

The room might have felt cozy if it had been warm. Check-in was meant to be at 4:00 PM, but the lady turned up an hour late and didn't apologize. She was abrupt and dismissive, too.

Getting to the slopes was a hassle: the shuttle only runs one way, leaving a 30-minute walk back along the road. At the chalet, we spent one night without heat and had to change a gas bottle ourselves. The jacuzzi foamed so much it wasn't enjoyable. It didn't live up to its promises.

The owners were welcoming, and the jacuzzi and view were pleasant. Their restaurant was good quality, too. The room, though, was cramped and poorly soundproofed, and the bedding was unusable. At 93 euros, the price felt exorbitant.
