My wife and I spent 7 days at the residence in March. The valley-facing apartments have a much better view than those overlooking the narrow street. The building is large, and Odalys owns only some of its units. Although they’re advertised for 4-6 people, I’d say 3-4 is more comfortable. Furnishings vary from one apartment to another, with some newer and better and others worn out and old. There is a reception in the building, but it’s always closed. For check-in or complaints, you have to walk 10 minutes uphill to the Odalys Lumière des neiges residence, and this isn’t explained at all.

The apartment is close to the slopes, but it’s in terrible condition. The beds and chairs collapsed when we tried to sleep or sit down for dinner, and the furniture was very old and damaged. WiFi costs around Eur 20 per week and is poor. Good location, awful state.

The apartment was not too bad, but the hot water caused a lot of trouble. At one point, only air came out of the pipes.
