Breakfast was an excellent self-service buffet, and the room was pleasant, with a big, very comfortable bed. The shower room was a little dated, though everything worked fine. I could hear some noise from next door through the thin walls, so a bit more soundproofing might help. A decent hotel.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was good. It’s a comfortable, very nice hotel within walking distance of the old city centre and the port. The rooms with gardens are great.

The staff were perfect, so helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal, just steps from the medieval town and walls. We came without a car and still saw plenty. There are lots of things to see nearby, and the hotel’s free bikes are great for rides of up to four hours. If you need one for longer, it costs 5€ for the whole day, and cycling beats taking the bus. The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned, though, and doesn’t meet what you might expect from a four-star place. It lacks both charm and design.

The location is good, and the room is large and bright, but it costs far too much for what you get. There was no curtain or glass partition by the bath, so showering inevitably flooded the bathroom floor. The only toiletries were soap, the hairdryer was weak, and the minibar fridge was broken.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was good. Breakfast had limited choices, but the quality was good. The hotel was quite pricey for what it was, though the event happening in town while I stayed might have affected the price.
