It’s in town, but still very peaceful, and there’s a pretty garden. Breakfast had the usual French treats as well as fresh fruit salad and homemade cake. The welcome is charming. I’ve stayed more than once, and every room has been a pleasure, with garden flowers, crisp linen sheets, antiques and thoughtful decor. It’s an exquisitely run chambre d'hotes.

Our hostess went out of her way to help us as pilgrims, and breakfast was good. She gave us a very warm welcome and clearly loves her region. The house has lovely rooms, beautiful furniture and fine linens, and it’s been renovated with real taste.

Breakfast was delicious, and on a fine day it’s served in the garden. The hostess was incredibly attentive. The house itself is full of character and charm, tastefully furnished and exceptionally well cared for, from the garden to the bedrooms and sitting rooms. There are lots of lovely details, and the bathroom is modern and very pleasant.

We can’t wait to return. The host is incredibly attentive, and breakfast was generous and delightful. The suite was spacious, with a beautifully designed bathroom and fixtures, and the linens were impeccable. It feels like luxury at an affordable price. The house has been renovated with care and great taste, keeping the original materials while adding modern comforts. Such a good place, we’d almost like to keep it to ourselves.
