Cipiniello villas

The photos look lovely, but our booking experience was deeply disappointing. We first contacted them through their website and heard nothing for a day, so we called to say we were interested. They noted it, then the next day sent offers for Casa Lou and Casa Romy. We chose Casa Romy within 24 hours and got confirmation, only to be told minutes later by email that an agency had booked it, despite the offer we'd received. That left Casa Lou, the more expensive option. A few days later, Jenny said an agency had booked that villa too. This was 1.5 weeks after our original enquiry. In the end we had no booking, even though we'd been told the villas were free and had received clear offers. Very, very disappointing and amateurish.

The villa was beautiful, with a stunning view, and the location was perfect. Everyone who helped made our stay so lovely, and the service was excellent. Thanks, we'll be back!

Yoga lovers will especially appreciate the dedicated space surrounded by nature. It's an exceptional setting, with a warm welcome and attentive service too. Thank you, Jenny and Laurent, and well done on what you've created.

The house is beautiful and the finishes are high-end, bravo Laurent. What we couldn't accept was the daily lack of privacy: staff walked around the property at different times and in different places, and we felt watched. When we raised this with Jenny, she reacted very negatively. Laurent eventually stepped in because Jenny no longer wanted to communicate with us. At this level, criticism, even when constructive, has to be heard. Corsica empties a little more every summer, and this kind of attitude helps explain why. Dear Jenny, take a moment to reflect and accept criticism if you want to live in luxury. P.S. At €1,250 a night, electric charging could be included 😉 Pierre
