My favorite was Au coeur du Leman : le Brochet, and the desserts and cheese selection were heavenly ways to finish the meal. Chef Yoann Conte turned local ingredients into art, especially in the Moelle de Potimarron truffée and L’artichaut aux senteurs de Nice et de Savoie, which were bursting with flavor. The sleek space also has a focus on sustainability. This was a memorable culinary adventure, well worth making a detour for. The chef made several special appearances to explain where the ingredients came from, which felt like a fairy tale.

Pretentious is the word that comes to mind. The food was tasteless and needed salt to be edible. The a la carte portions were tiny, almost as if to remind you that you hadn't chosen the tasting menu. I left disappointed, and the meal was totally forgettable. The pursuit of a Michelin star seems to have turned what could be a good Restaurant into a letdown.

We had one of our best meals at Lake Annecy, with a gorgeous view of the water and good cocktails. I initially scoffed at paying 40 euro for an asparagus entree, but every course was delicious and the meal was worth it. Bravo chef 👏

The staff chose wines for us that went nicely with our meal, and the service was excellent. We had shrimp avocado, lamb chop, and fish fillet, all impeccably prepared. One of the best meals we've had while traveling. Highly recommend if you're visiting!

We couldn’t find a fault in the meal, and I’m surprised this place doesn’t have one Michelin star or more. The carrot starter, lobster main, and strawberry with cottage cheese sorbet were all excellent. The lobster came with the best lobster roll we’ve ever had. I wouldn’t usually comment on sorbet, but every one had that wow factor.
