Ace Hôtel Paris Sud Villabe

The air conditioner in Room 102 made a loud noise like an alarm, so I couldn't use it, and the room became unbearably hot. Worse, after my first night I woke up with more than 12 itchy red bites across my body. They looked like bed bug bites, though I can't say for certain. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed for the rest of the stay. I chose Ace Hotel Paris Sud because the price was competitive, but the savings weren't worth the discomfort. I regret not paying a little more for peace of mind and a more comfortable stay. I'd encourage future guests to think beyond the price when choosing a hotel. I hope the management at Ace Hotel Paris Sud takes these issues seriously, fixes them promptly, and prevents other guests from having the same experience. Every establishment can improve, and I hope this review helps them do that.

Getting supplies was easy, with shops opposite the hotel and a mall just a three-minute drive away. There's enough parking if you go around the back. The rooms were clean, the staff were good, and breakfast was better than I expected. Good value for the price.

The service was especially friendly. We left a plush toy behind, and they said they'd post it to us. The rooms are spacious and clean, with shops nearby and plenty of places for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Very much recommended!

Easy check-in, and the room was fine for an overnight stop on the way to Switzerland. But come on, we don't live in a time when everything has to be heated to 21 degrees and every little thing wrapped in plastic.
