The housekeeper is the one clear exception: professional and dedicated. My several business trips here have all been disappointing. There’s always something missing in the rooms or from the already meager breakfast, and the staff seem not to care, standing with their hands in their pockets instead of trying to improve the guest experience.

Years after the coronavirus pandemic, I still want to thank the hotel manager for taking me in during a critical time when every airport was shut and hotels were closed. Without this hotel welcoming me, I would have slept on the street.

Think carefully before booking. The rooms have a strong spice smell, and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. I’d boycott this hotel and choose an Airbnb instead!

A clean, comfortable room in an excellent place. Boumediene at reception deserves a special mention for the warm welcome. You’re also just a stone’s throw from Lille’s main stadium. All the best, and I highly recommend it!
