Our catamaran is moored on the breakwater wall, and the paid parking near the end is quiet. Hardly anyone walks past, so it feels private. The ladies at the marina office are charming and extremely helpful.

The Marina is lovely after dark, with lights reflected all over the water. We always enjoyed walking along the beach promenade and around the harbor before or after dinner during our couple of nights in town. There are boats and impressive yachts, plenty of restaurants for different budgets, and sometimes a night market on the street. The huge apartment complex dominates the view. People may love it or hate it, but I find it impressive, especially at night with all those lights. It’s lively without feeling overcrowded, and we liked being here.

The breakwater wall is a great, quiet spot for our catamaran, with little foot traffic and a sense of privacy. Having the beach, market, shops and so many restaurants nearby makes it perfect.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at Marina Baie des Anges. There’s a lot of construction going on in the Marina right now, though, so hopefully next season will be calmer.
