Cityroom

The room I was first given had an unpleasant smell, unfortunately. A chambermaid I spoke to immediately contacted the manager/owner, and they moved me to a larger room to make up for the trouble. I'm very grateful to her and to the owner, who was easy to reach and very kind. The room is clean and modern, and the value for money is excellent. I think the concept is great.

Cityroom suggests the free parking at the town hall, about a three-minute walk away, while the nearest paid lot is 150 meters from the building. You can't drive up to the entrance even to unload luggage: the street is one-way, and there's a surveillance camera that will pull you over straight away. If you stay here, travel light. Also, in small studio #5 on the ground floor, there's no wardrobe, so hangers won't help.

Welcome to the Zoo! There's no reception, and there's no parking nearby either. Inside, there's a pleasant smell of grass, but the music is blasting in the "rooms and studios". People shout, yell, slam doors, and come and go all day and night.

An interesting concept, with a very clean room and helpful staff. I highly recommend it.
