Golden Tulip Villepinte Roissy — Parc Des Expositions Hotel

The room wasn't cleaned, even after waiting all day for someone to come. Reception kept us waiting too. What you get in terms of room and service isn't worth the ridiculous price. Better to take a taxi from the airport to the expo.

The location was very handy for Comic Con, since we could walk to the event. But the experience didn't match the prices. The first nights were around €165, then the last night jumped to €449. I understand event rates can rise, but those prices set expectations that weren't met. The hotel is basic: no safe, little storage, small warm rooms, poor sound insulation, and limited amenities. We also had problems with bathroom cleanliness and inconsistent room preparation. The restaurant was closed for much of the weekend, and breakfast wasn't well maintained. What bothered me most was the response afterwards. The hotel and Golden Tulip/Louvre Hotels Group customer service mostly sent standard replies and didn't really address the gap between the cost and the stay. They offered only 20% off a future stay, which wasn't relevant to me.

We found it an easy, comfortable stay, with a clean room and a fresh set of towels. The queen-size bed was comfortable, and the room had WiFi and the basic things we needed, including a kettle with coffee supplies. The complimentary continental breakfast was fresh and well prepared. The hotel is only 10-15 minutes from the airport, which makes it very convenient. I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a reliable, clean place near the airport.

The restaurant serves authentic Italian food and has a selection of excellent wines. The buffet is generous, the service is professional, and staff are available and helpful. The hotel has been fully renovated and meets the standards of a 4-star place. It feels comfortable, with spacious areas, plenty of relaxing corners with large sofas, and a warm, bright atmosphere. There’s ample parking, a terrace, and three seminar rooms.
