Charlotte at reception made the stay especially nice. She was professional, kind, attentive, and really caring. The room was spotless and comfortable, and Best Western Saint Louis has a welcoming feel, with a cozy, elegant atmosphere and a great location. I stayed for two nights.
10/10
We booked this place because it was handy for visiting a friend nearby, and it turned out to be such a lovely surprise. Marc and Charlotte were wonderful hosts. The room was clean and lovely, and we enjoyed the whole visit. Thank you!

The bed and pillow were the most comfortable we've had on our travels. The hotel was super clean, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially with English-speaking guests like us. They were happy to help with requests such as late checkout and holding our bags. Reception is open around the clock, so arriving late isn't a problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Vincennes is a lovely base, with good connections into central Paris. The castle is right across the street, and the hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are pleasant, though a little small and boxy, which seems normal for Paris. Breakfast was good too.
10/10
We hope to come back. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The location just off the main road was great.
