The guest rooms are spacious, spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped kitchen and everything we needed. It was easy to feel at home, and Dominique's warm, helpful welcome made the stay feel like visiting a friend. We enjoyed chatting over a drink in the courtyard in the evenings. Dominique has made this farmhouse a wonderful place to stay for a few days. The courtyard is made for relaxing, with a freshwater pool for swimming or cooling off, loungers for reading, tables for a drink, and a barbecue. Trees, ponds, fish, and frogs surround it all. Inside, the house feels as if it's from another time. Antique objects fill the little corners, stairs, and walls, giving it a distinctive charm. Dominique's experience as an antique dealer and hotelier, along with her knowledge of art, adds to the atmosphere. The property sits in the middle of a region whose names could pass for a wine list. A relaxing place with a lovely pool and ponds full of fish, frogs, and turtles. It's right in the Côtes du Rhône AOP wine region, near the Dentelles de Montmirail and villages such as Gigondas, Sablet, Rasteau, and Cairanne.
