There’s a fast EV charger, and the people are nice. The rooms and breakfast were excellent, and the place was clean and quiet. It’s beside an 18-hole golf course on a lake, making it a great spot for a golf weekend or a week of work in Vire.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the homemade yogurt and fresh strawberries picked right from the garden. The host clearly put care into everything, and was always friendly and attentive, happy to share local tips or just chat. My wife and I spent four wonderful days at Le Bouddha du Lac, and every part of the stay was enjoyable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to the host’s warmth and genuine kindness. The B&B sits in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing. Charming accommodation, lovely homemade breakfast, spectacular scenery and such welcoming hospitality made it a memorable getaway. We’d be delighted to return and highly recommend Le Bouddha du Lac to anyone looking for a restful stay in a beautiful part of France.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, and the views are breathtaking. Right on the lakefront, the guesthouse has a peaceful, serene setting that feels restorative. Yann and Nathalie were warm, smiling, attentive hosts, and their kindness and hospitality made us feel welcome. Our stay at the Bouddha du Lac was exceptional. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it.
