The terrace is quiet and has a nice view, but the food and service were disappointing. When the older woman who seems to own the place served us, the service was terrible. The waitress acted as though we were taking too long to order because we were asking questions about the menu. The menu focuses on meat and fish, with little sign they know what to do with vegetables. The side dish was potatoes and a green salad that tasted of nothing. My main-course salad was green leaves and tomatoes from the Netherlands. Even the homemade crisps served as an appetizer were limp.

For 96€ for one night for two people, breakfast wasn’t included. The lake view is lovely, and the bed was clean, but there were spider webs all over the room. It smelled of cannabis, and the facilities were old, with wallpaper coming loose.

Beautiful place. We ordered homemade chocolate bowls and got huge bowls of hot chocolate, something I’d never seen before 😍
