A charming old house with an authentic interior, and a handy base for nearby castles.

We came at the end of August for a wedding with our two young children, and the house had everything we needed. It’s magnificent and spacious inside, and we didn’t lack a thing. A great place to stay, highly recommended! Many thanks, Marie.

We spent Christmas in this house on the hillside. There’s a terrace overlooking the driveway, and the bedrooms are pleasant with lovely views. In the shared spaces, there’s a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen and dining area carved into the stone, which opens onto a small, bright veranda. The owner was friendly and had thoughtful touches for us, including a decorated Christmas tree with local products and firewood for the fireplace. Good caterers and bakeries are within 10 km.

The vineyards look beautiful from this magnificent setting, and the location is excellent. The accommodation was very pleasant and had everything we needed.

It’s a quiet spot with very little traffic, in a typical partly troglodytic building lit by a veranda.
