We had a very good stay at this lovely chateau hotel. The staff were excellent, and the restaurant is well worth trying. Breakfast was very good too. Our room was clean and roomy, with all the essentials, and the bed was really comfortable. Guest parking is private and free. Definitely recommend it.

The decor is what made this hotel such a pleasure for me: minimalist and tasteful, with no brown or purple in sight. I wish it were easier to find places like this. Dinner and breakfast were both very nice, and all the wines were lovely. The only small letdown was that the bar couldn't make proper cocktails.

We had lunch in the garden and watched bees drinking at the fountain while pollinating the flowers. It was beautiful, and the meal was superb. Lalique details were everywhere, from the chandeliers to the wine glasses. Chateau Hochberg is about a minute's walk from Musée Lalique, and I'm glad I chose it for lunch. A magical way to round off the Musée Lalique experience, highly recommend the restaurant.

The treatment was very disappointing and felt abusive. Customer service seemed focused on profit. Compared with other businesses in the region, where service is much more family friendly and flexible, this was a real letdown.

A beautiful hotel and the service was fantastic. Such a shame that none of the original character seems to remain inside.
