A waste of money after a long day. The staff were rude, the room smelled musty and smoky, and sewage odours came from the shower and toilet. It was filthy, one bed hadn’t been made and looked slept in, and the TV remote was broken. Breakfast was just bread and butter. Very disappointing.

Check-in yesterday was welcoming and the staff were very kind, but check-out today was a different story. The guest toilet was unavailable because the floor had just been cleaned, and there was nowhere to sit in the lobby for the same reason. At 10, the coffee machine was inaccessible because it had just been cleaned too. There was no soap in the toilet, and reception told me to use it.

This Forme F1 room is still the same tiny size, though it does have its own shower and toilet. It was the smallest and worst Premier class room we’ve ever slept in: the toilet seat was broken, there was no chair or table, and the bedding was torn.
