That familiar warmth was still there when we came back this autumn, ten years after our first stay. Even though we never had a language in common, we’d already felt how kind everyone was back then. After a tough day cycling, the welcoming, home-like feel and good food were just what we needed. Greetings from the tandem-bike couple!

Great value, and the hotel was clean. The staff were really friendly and made sure our vegetarian diets were catered for. They even called the bus company to reserve two seats for us, and the owner got up early to make coffee before our 7 a.m. bus.

We felt welcome here in a way we hadn’t at the other hotels along the GR20. The staff were friendly, and this was the best hotel we stayed at on the whole trail. Highly recommended.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the place was pleasant and clean. Dinner tasted great. The only difficulty was the language, as they don't speak English.

The food was good, the rooms were clean, and the service was good too.
