Breakfast was a highlight. The owner is a chef, with several specials beyond the traditional Scottish breakfast, and we liked being able to see where the locally sourced food came from. We stayed for one night and were warmly welcomed by our hosts, who also gave us lots of tips on places to see and eat in Aberdeen. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city's row houses. If you're driving, parking is in the alley behind the house.

Dave and Pam really go the extra mile to make sure their guests enjoy their stay. We were welcomed with a pot of tea and homemade cakes, and the room was beautifully furnished with plenty of tea and coffee. There's also a guest fridge on the landing. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. We stayed for two nights and had a great time.

The room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the homemade jams, fresh butteries and pancakes. The owners were so warm and welcoming.

We still remember our stay at Aurora guesthouse as a wonderful experience, nearly a year after visiting in march 2015. The hosts were so helpful with everything, including suggestions for dinner. When we arrived on a wet, chilly day, they settled us by the fire with a nice cup of tea. The room was fine, the bed was good, and there were snacks and cookies. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade jam and plenty of everything. We really hope to go back someday.

Pam and Dave make the place feel so warm and comfortable. Dave's cooking at breakfast is perfect, and Pam's homemade jams are lovely. This is the best B&B you'll find!
