Quiet spot near the centre, and a great option if you're on a budget. The room was warm and clean, with fresh bedding. The en suite was clean too, with hot water and a heated towel rail. Call the owner when you arrive, he's a nice guy.

This place shouldn't be listed as a hotel. It's an unmanned set of rooms in a commercial building, with no sign or name on the door, down an unlit alley strewn with rubbish and bins. The entrance door was broken and left unlocked, and nobody came to let me into my room. The place wasn't clean, and they'd taken £100 from my bank account. Calling it a hotel is a disgrace. It should be removed from Google Maps.

At check-in, they insisted on an email they hadn't sent me and wouldn't accept the booking number they'd given me earlier that day. I ended up paying cash for a room I thought I'd already paid for. Getting to the unmarked door means walking down a dark alley, and the room felt scary, with really bad locks. The walls are paper-thin, so I heard everything all night. Just stay at a real hotel. I wouldn't come back even if someone paid me to.
