After years of staying in cottages and lodges with my young family, this one was amazing and went beyond what we expected. The online photos look gorgeous, but you really have to stay there to take it all in. We spent three days there over Christmas and all of us were sad to leave. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating and have done an amazing job. The location is fantastic, with a picturesque 10-minute walk into the village for a pint, then back to the fire for a whisky. It doesn't get better than that. Can't wait to return.

The owner, Alan, was super helpful and easy to deal with. The lodge was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable, with all modern conveniences, decent Wi-Fi and good AV. We stayed for a long weekend in July 23, when my mate and I came to do the Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon in Ardtainaig. It's very well appointed and works well for groups or families. Highly recommended.
