Achmore Self Catering

There’s room for a group in this big house, with one double bed, six singles, a large terrace and two full bathrooms. The host was exceptionally polite and welcoming. They’ve also thought of a backup, with an emergency phone available if the WiFi goes down or your smartphone has no connection. :D

We only spent one night, but I think this place would suit a longer stay better. It’s a whole home to use, with a kitchen and living room as well as your room, and a patio right in front of the mountains. Really beautiful and peaceful.

The sunset views were lovely, and the location worked well for day trips to Isle of Skye. Ina and Chridian were friendly and took good care of us. We even got to see stars after 1am. I really enjoyed staying at Achmore B&B.

Mark and I stayed from 31st October to 5th of November 2019, and Ina and Crisdean were lovely, accommodating hosts. We arrived around 7pm even though we’d said 4-5, and they still welcomed us warmly. The apartment was spacious and spotless, smelled gorgeous, and looked out over ancient mountains and fields. The kitchen was roomy too, with a double electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus plenty of food and drinks included. The little dog was fluffy and soft. Prices were excellent. We loved it and would highly recommend them. Thanks a bunch, Ina and Crisdean!
